Refund Policy:

Full Refund will be issued if booking is canceled 30 days or more from charter date or If canceled due to severe weather or mechanical issues

If canceled with less than 30 days notice - 25% cancellation fee

If canceled within 72 hours of sailing - 50% refund

If canceled within 24 hours of charter or in case of No Show - No refund

Please be on time. If you are 30 minutes late, you may be considered a no show (Due to other scheduled charters)

All cancelation requests must be sent by email to be eligible for a refund.

Charges – Listed pricing includes all taxes and fees.

Gratuity – is always greatly appreciated and not included in your initial charge. The standard charter gratuity rate is between 15 – 20% of the total charter price, at your sole discretion.

Attire – Please be advised that high heels and other hard soled shoes/soles that leave black marks will not be permitted. Shoes with soft non-scuffing soles or bare feet are best. Thank you for your cooperation for the sake of the safety of all of our crew and guests, as well as the maintenance of our vintage sailboat.

No smoking or drugs are permitted – No cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, illicit substances, etc of any kind are permitted. No open flames.

Other Considerations - Please come prepared for your chosen activity. If you plan on swimming, remember to bring a towel. Also note that it can get windy out on the water-bring a jacket as needed. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email.

Also Note: Additional guests must be approved by Magellan Charters.

**Additional Charges may be incurred for any damages inflicted to the boat or property of Magellan Charters, including a 20% fee of the charter price if time is needed for repairs. Also, if the boat is left trashed, a cleaning fee may apply.**
